Reference Number 0000333219 The City of Port Huron; located at 100 McMorran Blvd. Port Huron, MI. 48060, is looking to upgrade the Audio, Video and Lighting systems in the City Council Chambers. It is the intent to replace all of the equipment with new state of the art technology to be able to produce HD content and be able to provide a high-quality product to our community. The City of Port Huron has future plans to relocate to a new facility and move the Council and equipment to a new . It is the intent that this equipment should be able to be moved to another , rewired and set up in a similar manner in the event of a move. All equipment should be able to be configured for a new . It is our understanding that if a move happens that equipment wiring would have to be newly installed in the new facility. The equipment that is contained in this RFP is based on industry standards and is being used in other similar communities throughout Michigan. The equipment has been researched and found to meet the needs of the City of Port Huron.
