The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies required to repair irrigation hydrants and pressure test system. In addition, the contractor shall install electrical wiring in underground PVC conduit from existing panel box to the side of the pond in a new panel box with 2 outdoor outlets with covers. The work is to be done at the Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery, 14205 Pleasant Valley Road, NE, Flintstone, MD 21530 in accordance with terms, conditions and specifications of the project manual, contract documents and applicable ordinances. The Project Cost Classification for this solicitation is: Small Procurement Category III, under $100,000 Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this Solicitation The deadline for questions has been established as 11/7/23 at 1PM , to assure that there is enough time to allow the A/E to provide responses and Addendum issuance if necessary. Please submit all questions to the Procurement Officer: Lakecia Dingle - lakecia.dingle@maryland.gov and Supervisor Christine Stenhouse - christine.stenhouse1@maryland.gov. The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the start date of the contract. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquated damages of $250.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Conditions".
