Engineer's Estimate includes 10.1% Sales Tax Coal Creek Utility District intends to rehabilitate approximately 3,230 LF of existing 8-inch concrete sewer main by method of CIPP (cured-in-place pipe). Work consists of spot repairs and installation of 8-inch CIPP liner for existing 8-inch concrete pipe, installation of "Top hats" for side sewer connections and 8-inch and 6-inch CIPP spot repairs. A short section of existing pipe will be replaced by excavation. The work also includes hydro jetting the existing sewer mains and CCTV lateral service lines for the sewer mains. Other work on this project includes epoxy coating existing manholes to meet current CCUD standards, as well as ladder rung replacement. The District wishes to start the project immediately after the award and to have all work completed within the time specified in the Notice to Proceed.
