The City of Claremont, NH (hereafter referred to as the CITY) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Claremont Fire Department Bathroom/Living Space Upgrade (hereafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR). Details of the project will be covered in the scope of work section of this document CONTRACTORS submitting proposals are responsible for being totally familiar with the City of Claremont and the project requested. Awarded bidder is responsible for all debris clean up. Work to be completed by March 31st 2024 The CITY reserves the right to make whatever investigations or inquiries necessary to determine the competency and ability of any CONTRACTOR to complete the requirements of this solicitation. The City of Claremont is seeking proposals for the Claremont Fire Department's bathroom/living space upgrade project. This project encompasses the installation of new washer and dryer units, toilets, sinks, showers, and the creation of separations within the fire station's bathroom and changing room facilities to enhance functionality and inclusivity, according to the design plans that are available on the city's website. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing and received by 3:00 P.M. on Friday November 17th, 2023.
