All Bids Should Include the Following: Full 9 Inning Scoreboard Scoreboard Dimensions 20'x6'x8" Colors: Amber Digits, Navy Blue Scoreboard, Yellow Lettering Ad Panel Above Stating "memorial Park" Controller Included Shipping Included This Scoreboard Will Be Replacing the Original Scoreboard at the Baseball Field at Memorial Park. Mounting Beams May Need to Be Replaced Based on the Structure of the New Scoreboard. Please Include Additional Fees for New Mounting Beams, if Necessary. Installation of Scoreboard to Be Completed in the Spring, Prior to High School Baseball Season the Bidder Must Accompany Their Bid With a Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check Payable to the City of Wyandotte for the Sum of Not Less Than 5% of the Amount. In the Event the Successful Bidder Fails or Neglects to Enter Into Contract With the City Within 20 Days of the Date of the Award, the Bidder's Bond or Certified or Cashier's Check Shall Be Forfeited to the City Wyandotte as Liquidated Damages. All Proposals With Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check Shall Be Delivered to the City Clerk at the City Hall, 3200 Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte, Michigan, and the Sealed Envelope Shall Be Titled "file #4859 - Memorial Park Baseball Scoreboard".
