The work will require the contractor to furnish all labor and materials in accordance with the attached scope of work and specifications included in this bid package. The work to be performed is located at 2400 Sixteenth Street, Greensboro, NC. Any questions concerning the scope of work should be directed to: Jim Teele @ 336-373-7521. A single prime combined bid for all work will be received for this project at the Facilities Division Office located at 514 Yanceyville Street. All proposals shall be based on a stipulated sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted. All proposals shall include the cost of all state and local sales and use taxes. Payment will be made on the basis of ninety percent (90%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, except under the provisions of General Statute 143-129.1, for a period of ninety (90) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
