The project scope is to repair/replace residential electric weatherheads deemed by MLGW to be hazardous on a as-needed basis. The Contractor agrees to obtain permits and final code enforcement approval through Code Enforcement and any other requirements to repair/replace weatherhead for single residents, as defined and outli in the Contract Documents and Specifications. Payments will not be issued until Code Enforcement releases approval for the job performed. *Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
