This bid request is for Conventional Highway Light Poles, various sizes. Provide conventional light poles following ODOTs CMS 725.21, SCD HL-10.11, HL10.12 and HL-10.13. The light poles shall include bolts, nuts, washers and other fasteners used to assemble the light pole and the bolts and nuts used to fasten the base plate of the pole to a transformer base. Exceptions to CMS 725.21, see below a,b,c,d: a. A pole and arm shall be constructed from aluminum. b. The reflective adhesive support identification labels are not required. c. The Anchor bolts and nuts for a foundation are not required. d. The head of the bolt used fasten the base plate of the pole to a transformer base shall not be recessed into the base plate of the light pole.
