Reference Number 0000333096 The of the project shall consist of complete design and construction of approximately 224 square feet of restroom building. The restroom building shall match the existing restroom building located at the Main Street Streetend. The detailed proposal shall clearly state the construction method or methods to be used by the Contractor. Building floor plans and preliminary site plans are provided for guidance in the bidding process. The building shall be constructed according to the 2021 International Building Code. Final building plans including building finishes and fixtures shall be approved by the Owner prior to construction. If required, the successful bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount of 100% of the contract price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all contractors' obligations under the contract documents. *The City of North Myrtle Beach reserves the right to waive informalities and to accept or reject any or all Bids, and to award the contract in its best interests.
