The Village of Park Forest (Village) is requesting proposals from qualified companies to remodel the public facing front counters throughout the Village Hall, including install of bullet resistant glass, bullet resistant wall panels, reworking of counters, cabinets and front wall panels. We are seeking a qualified contractor to undertake this project and transform our front counters into a modern, functional, accessible and aesthetically pleasing space that enhances the experience of our residents and visitors. The Village's goal is to have this project started and completed during Quarter 1, 2024. Park Forest Village Hall is located at 350 Victory Dr. in Downtown Park Forest. Minority Business Enterprises and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals. All interested companies are expected to make themselves thoroughly familiar with the site conditions.
