These Filter Units Remove Suspended Solids (20micon), Residual Hydrogen Sulfide, and Iron Prior to Water Entering the Fish Holding Tanks. the Vortisand System Has the Original 30 Year Old Backwash Controller. Some Vital Components for This Controller Are No Longer Available for Replacement. the Ten Backwash Control Valves Have Outlived Their Normal Life Expectancy and Need to Be Replaced. Labor and Parts to Install 10 Aquamatic V42e, 424, 1.5 Inch Normally Open Filter Valves and One 2.0 Inch Swing Check Valve on Well Water Filtration System (Valves Supplied by Idnr-lasalle Fish Hatchery). Labor and Parts to Install Bypass Valve, Filter Housing and 6 Cartridge Filters (20 Micron, 35gpm). Parts and Labor to Install Two 1.5 Inch Outlet Flow Controllers (44 Gpm Threaded Mini Valves) on Well Water Filtration System. Outlet Flow Controllers Must Be New Unused and Free From Defects. Vendor Must Provide Product Literature With the Bid. Parts and Labor to Install One 1.5 Inch Digital Flowmeter on Backwash Flow Line, One 2.0 Inch Digital Flowmeter on Filter Outlet Pipe, One 3.0 Inch Digital Flow Meter on Well Water Inlet Pipe. Labor and Parts for Installation of a Digital Panel to Record Readings From Each Flowmeter. Flowmeters and Panel Must Be New, Unused and Free From Defects.
