The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project:USDC Sunset Mechanical Systems Upgrade For questions regarding pre-qualification or eligibility, please email dfcmcontracts@utah.gov or call 801- 957-7186. Visit this link to view all current pre-qualified contractor lists on the DFCM website. Question Submission Close Date:11/1/2023 3:00 PM MDT Provide a comprehensive mechanical and plumbing upgrade for the USDC Sunset Building. Provide new air handling units over the living areas and the administration wing. Provide a complete overhaul of all mechanical equipment including the air distribution system and specialties in the mechanical rooms located above each wing. The mechanical room located on the main floor will require a complete overhaul of all equipment, specialties and piping coupled with a full building controls upgrade to the Niagara N4. Connect to existing campus steam and chilled water piping, provide new steam PRV and heat exchangers. Provide new electrical accommodations to all new equipment. Provide a building wide domestic piping overhaul, including the replacement of all domestic piping up back to pipe drops in wall serving the existing plumbing fixtures.
