The Services include but are not limited Verification of the proper functioning and condition of HVAC systems; Inspect the alignment and tension of pulleys and belts and replace if necessary; Check the operation of the shutters and make adjustments; Perform compressor maintenance and carry out refrigerant leak detection tests (tightness test); Supply and installation of disposable filters for HVAC systems; Clean the condensers; Measure the performance of motors (voltage and amperage) of HVAC systems; Maintenance and replacement of bearings; Perform maintenance on gas HVAC heating, including performing combustion tests and providing reports; Carry out maintenance on the neutralization tank of the air treatment units; Replace motors; Complete maintenance and halocarbon leak reports and assess the quantity of halocarbons accidentally released (if applicable); Update the inventory list in the annex as needed; Make recommendations for optimization and improvement of systems.
