Valley Life Housing Group Inc. requires Design-Build services for a seniors assisted living facility in Minnedosa, Manitoba. Reporting directly to the VLHG Project Steering Committee the successful proponent will be a critical member of the Committee, working collaboratively with the aligned stakeholders for the project which will include member Municipalities, VLHG Board, and the VLHG community consultant acting as an owner representative. The successful proponent will lead and coordinate all aspects of the design, procurement, construction, contract administration and post-construction activities including final commissioning. This will include collaborating with the Project Steering Committee, the VLHG Board and their consultant during all stages of the project. The Minnedosa Assisted Living project intends to construct 48 new resident suites reflective of the Cherry Creek Assisted Living Centre in Boissevain, Manitoba.
