Utility Locate Services Contractors must be qualified in accordance with the applicable parts of ORS 279 in order to enter into a contract with the City of Sherwood for public work in Oregon. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the City of Sherwood. The City of Sherwood may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so To ensure that all bidders receive the same information, questions for this project will only be accepted through email. Questions should be emailed to Rich Sattler at SattlerR@SherwoodOregon.gov All questions and responses will be posted on the City's website for interested parties to review. Questions will typically be responded to within two business days. Deadline for questions will be Wednesday October 25th by 5:00 PM.
