Site Directions: 7509 N Beach Drive, Fox Point, WI The project contemplated herein consists of the Contractor exposing, disconnecting, and abandoning the existing waterline. The Contractor shall then directional bore approximately 700 of new HDPE pipe from the pump station to the watermain on Beach Drive. All contractor and subcontractor employees shall obtain specific site plant safety training from Veolia Water prior to working on the site. Veolia Water will offer a total of two one-hour training sessions to the contractor and any subcontractors. The Contractor shall adhere to all Veolia Water safety policy and procedures. All interested bidders should direct their questions about the pre-bid meeting to barbara.brown2@veolia.com or call 414-747-3852. Veolia Water further reserves its rights to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not exceeding forty-five (45) days from the bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn during this forty-five (45) day period. Veolia Water reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid or Bids not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents and to waive any informalities or deficiencies in any Bid to the extent that informality or deficiency is immaterial and promptly cured. The time for completion of the Contract shall be forty (40) days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Veolia Water/MMSD participation goals for SWMBE are: Minority-owned Business - 13% Small Business/Veteran-owned Business - 5% Women-owned Business - 2%
