The City of Charlevoix is requesting bids for the manufacturing, furnishing, delivery (F.O.B. Department of Public Works, Charlevoix, Michigan), and operation of two (2) 19.2kW level 2 electric vehicle chargers meeting the criteria listed herein. This request for bids includes a 5-year networking, operations and maintenance agreement. All installation to be completed by others. Bids must include total unit cost, delivery schedule, estimated time after installation for setup and testing, plus document outlining network operating procedures. Information to clearly provide description of equipment quoted including at a minimum catalog sheets and sample drawings, plus a document outlining the bidder's process for EV charger customer billing, payment method to the buyer, and reporting to the buyer during the networking and operation period. The City of Charlevoix is a political subdivision (municipality) of the State of Michigan and is exempt from state sales taxes and will provide appropriate exemption certificate upon acceptance of the bid.
