Sheriffs Office Justice Center Fence Brad County Sheriffs Office is seeking sealed bids for labor, equipment and materials for the construction of chain link fencing topped with razor wire at the Bradley County Justice Center. Any questions regarding the bid or request for information should be directed to Cassandra Burgiss-Stone by email at cburgiss@bradleycountytn.gov or by telephone (423)728-7300. The successful bidder shall not provide the products until a fully executed contract has been received by County. The bidder must indemnify and hold the County harmless throughout the contract. The bidder must also provide general, professional liability and workers compensation insurance during the term of the contract in a minimum amount $1,000,000.00. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to reject any or all bids with or without ca and/ or accept the bid, that in its judgment, will be in the best interest of Bradley County. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
