The Town of Collierville requests Letters of Interest from professional consultant engineering firms to provide services related to construction of PIN 1 34313.00; Wolf River Greenway Segment 7 . This project is for the design and construction of approximately 1,500' of paved trail from the Houston Levee Road bridge to the west ern Town limits . Also included in the project limits is a bike/pedestrian bridge approximately 150 feet in length and a culvert crossing . Services will include preparation of all necessary documents in order to obtain NEPA Approval and Notice to Proceed from the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) for Design, Right of Way and Construction. Services will also include construction administration and construction and engineering inspection (CEI). Funding is provided by Transportation Alternatives Program Grant (TAP), a Surface Transportation Block Gra nt (STBG) and the Town of Collierville. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with TDOT Local Programs guidelines. The professional consultant engineering firm must be on TDOT's pre - approved list or have a completed pre - qualification form filed with TDOT by the deadline for the Letters of Interest (LOI). The pre - qualified firm must have unlimited status with TDOT .
