The Board of Education of St. Mary's County (the Board) on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform commercial grade kitchen refrigeration repairs, maintenance, installations and services at school and office locations. Awarded Contractor(s) shall provide services at various SMCPS school sites for a period of one year with four one-year options to renew at SMCPS discretion. However, SMCPS reserve the right to cancel the contract, at their discretion, for any reason Prospective Contractors can request that SMCPS clarify information contained in the RFP. All such requests must be made in writing to Patrick McCall, Procurement Coordinator. Questions can be sent via email to pjmccall@smcps.org. SMCPS will issue an addendum if necessary to respond to all written requests for clarification. SMCPS will not respond to any requests for clarification received after October 26, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. local time.
