The project is located at 1814 County Road #2, Brockville, ON. This site work package includes for all excavation & backfill, paving, curbs & walks, landscaping and site services. Bidders are expected to bid as a combined package. The new addition to the existing LTC home will be constructed adjacent to the existing LTC in a single phase. The Sherwood Park Manor long-term care project is four storeys non-combustible, totaling 74,000 sqft, accommodating 96 beds. Areas (RHAS) with amenity spaces. The structure is primarily Hollow Core slabs and Cold Formed Steel CFS construction and load bearing masonry Façades are cladded in a mixtures of panels including cementitious cladding and Aluplank. Openings are comprised of aluminum windows and curtain wall system Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
