All services required by this proposal will necessitate close communication and coordination with using departments, their directors and personnel as well as other contract architects/engineers of record and general contractors. Deadline to submit written questions Upload to: 10/11/23 @ 2:00 p.m. Any contract issued as a result of this proposal will be in effect for a period of one (1) year from date of award. Contingent upon funding and mutual agreement of the parties, contract may be extended for three (3) additional years, one year at a time. Rio Rancho Public Schools was founded in 1994 and is the third largest school district in New Mexico with 2,340 staff members. Enrollment, as of December of 2017, includes 17,227 students across 19 schools (1 preschool, 10 elementary schools, 4 middle schools and 4 high schools and 1 district office). District enrollment growth is currently flat; the district anticipates opening one additional elementary school in the next five years. Various Civil Engineering services on demand for projects shall not to exceed $1,000,000.00 per individual project,
