Catholic Community Services Safe House Expansion Project The proposed work is located in Yuma, Arizona, and consists of construction services including but not limited to rehabilitation of the interior of the 11,300 sq. ft. building. The project aims to construct additional living space, including two bedrooms of approximately 324 sq. ft. each, two ADA bathrooms, each approximately 100 sq. ft. with roll-in showers and grab bars, as well as a meeting room of approximately 324 sq. ft. Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the Project's Proposal and on the forms provided and a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid amount in a sealed envelope. The award will be made to the most responsible proposer submitting the overall best proposal, selected at the County's discretion. This project is funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH). The Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements, including the payment of Davis-Bacon Wages, maintenance of certified payrolls, and Section 3 compliance.
