Marysville Municipal Park Amphitheater Project The Work will include demolition of the existing band shell structure in Marysville Park, construction of a new amphitheater building structure, site improvements, and related work. The new amphitheater building will include changing rooms, restrooms, staging areas, and a kitchenette. Site improvements include utilities, sidewalks, and site grading. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with alternate add/deduct items. Bids shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided by the Engineer. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or a Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid, payable to the City of Marysville, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Marysville reserves the right to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, to waive irregularities in Bids, and to award the Contract to any Bidder that the City of Marysville determines to be in the best interest of the municipality. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Warranty Bond and Insurance Certificates. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty (30) calendar days after receipt.
