This is an On-Call Sewer Repair Contract. Contractor must respond/contact within two (2) hours of notification, 24 hours, 7 days a week, including weekends and Holidays, and maintain a materials/supply yard within 20-miles (driving distance) of San Bruno. The work effort required for each mobilization will range from significant to small construction efforts, depending upon need. The work includes, but is not limited to: repair and replacement of sewer mains; repair and installation of manholes; point repair; and as needed spot repairs to the sewer collection system. All work items shall be constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Bidding Documents contain the full description of the Work. CONTRACT COST: Estimated yearly project costs are expected in the range of $500,000 - $600,000.
