During the bid opening process, the bidders will be announced as will bid amounts. A bid review providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Release of all Plans/Drawings requires receipt of a form of identification from the requesting individual and Company information. [Examples: Company ID/Business Card] All information is subject to verification. All Bid Addenda will be issued Electronically, and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23(c)(2). All interested respondents should check through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
