This posting is in reference to the explosion loss suffered at the Civic Service Complex located at 900 Richmond Avenue East, owned by the City of Brandon on September 7, 2023. This facility is being repaired under an effective policy of insurance, which is subject to policy conditions and limitations. As part of the remediation and repair process, Underwriting Insurers will be accepting Curriculum Vitae (CV’s), from qualified Commercial Contractors exhibiting extensive experience in complex commercial losses until October 26, 2023. Selective candidates will be invited to an interview process, where details of the construction process and scope will be discussed. The successful contender will be notified once the examination process has reached conclusion.
