Townline Rd, Norway, WI
This project is partially funded by Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP). The Base Bid work for the above contract includes providing the full depth pulverize, grading, relay, and new asphalt paving of Townline Road over 2.2 miles of roadway. The project includes the replacement of cross culverts, addition of Flared End Sections to existing driveway culverts, the installation of a new structure and 10" storm sewer, and the addition of a 15" driveway culvert. The project also includes erosion control, restoration, and concrete curb work. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The Town will only consider Bids from Bidders who accompany them with a Bid Bond, payable to the Town of Waterford, in the amount equal to 5 percent of the Bid. This requirement serves to guarantee that, if the Town accepts the Bid, the selected Contractor will execute and deliver the proper Contract Agreement and Bonds within 15 calendar days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $1M-$1.5M.
