This Project Includes Clearing and Grading the Site for Placement of Crushed Rock to Create a Building Pad, Extension of Utilities to the Building Pad as Required by Cxt for Cxt to Place a Prefabricated Concrete Restroom Building, and Final Connections to Utilities Stubbed to the Building Pad. The Extension of Utilities to Serve the New Building Restroom Will Include Water power and Sanitary Sewer. Once the New Building is Installed by Cxt, Construction is Anticipated to Include Installation of the Concrete Improvements Surrounding the Building ,installation of Stairs and Handrails, and Grading of Sloped Areas Within the Site Finished Grade With Native Soils. Site Infrastructure Needed to Serve a New Restroom Building is Expected to Include the Following: Regulatory Requirements to Include, but Not Limited to, Coordination of Site Inspections With Local Jurisdiction and Agencies, Review and Coordination of the Building Plan Information and Various Requirements Prepared by Cxt. Implementing Erosion and Sedimentation Controls. Coordination With the Appropriate Jurisdictions for Inspections of Utility Installation. Coordination With Owners Soils Testing Engineer for Inspections, Material Testing, Compaction Testing. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. Engineer s estimate is $117,941.00.
