This project consists of the design and construction of the proposed parallel sewer line connecting from the existing sewer at Naranjo Boulevard running south along Palm Street, turning West at Avenue 342, turning south at Mulberry Street, extending south across Wutchumna Ditch, and connecting to the existing Valencia Trunk line in Woodlake, California. The crossing at Wutchumna Ditch is anticipated to be completed using trenchless excavation techniques (jack and bore) with entry and exit points north and south of the Ditch. The maximum depth of the pipeline is anticipated to be 16 feet below ground surface, except at the Wutchumna Ditch crossing where it is anticipated to be between 20 and 25 feet deep. It is understood an additional 1,840 foot relatively shallow (less than 5 feet deep) 12-inch sewer pipe may be included running along Naranjo Avenue from Valencia Boulevard to Manzanillo Street. Other improvements are anticipated to include roadway repair or replacement. Question Deadline 11/10/2023 at 12:00 PM PT All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted before noon in writing to Jennifer.minear@QKinc.com Funding for the Woodlake Sewer Improvement Project has been provided in full or in part by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and President Bidens Bipartisan Infrastructure law through an agreement with the State Water Resource Control Board.
