Lake Shelbyville Park Facilities Maintenance (Construction) Time Zone: Central Standard Time (CST) COMPETITION SET-ASIDE 100% Small Business Set-Aside NAICS 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction PSC: Z2QA -- Repair or Alteration of Restoration of Real Property The work covered by this contract and its respective task orders shall consist of Clearing and Grubbing/Debris Disposal, Earthwork, Site Grading, Stone Aggregate Protection Furnish/Delivery/Placement, Site Improvements, Turf Establishment, Playground Area, Trench & Backfilling, Culverts, Sewer & Water,Winterization/Dew interization of Facilities, Road Boring, Pothole Repair, Concrete, structuraVBuilding/Fixture Repairs, Signage, Painting, Beach & Sand/Furnish/ Delivery/Placement/Maintenance, Courtesy Dock,Sealant & Caulking. Cumulative Guaranteed Minimum $5,000 DFARS Subpart 236.2, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project range is $10,000,000 to $24,000,000. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for a Firm Fixed Priced, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) (SATOC) consutruction contract to provide facilites maintence for Lake Shelbyville, IL The work covered by this contract and its respective task orders shall consist of Clearing and Grubbing/Debris Disposal, Earthwork, Site Grading, Stone Aggregate Protection Furnish/Delivery/Placement, Site Improvements, Turf Establishment, Playground Area, Trench & Backfilling, Culverts, Sewer & Water, Winterization/Dewinterization of Facilities, Road Boring, Pothole Repair, Concrete, structural/Building/Fixture Repairs, Signage, Painting, Beach & Sand/Furnish/ Delivery/Placement/Maintenance, Courtesy Dock,Sealant & Caulking. This contract will have five annual ordering periods and optional 6 month ordering period. Delivery schedules will be outlined in each individual task order Pre-priced line item estimate quantities will be used to evaluate overall price. All questions will be documented and answered with a Solicitation Amendment posted on www.sam.gov. Please submit all questions in writing to Contract Specialist Marla Sawyer, marla.j.sawyerausace.army.mil, Questions will not be answered at the Site Visit. Questions should be emailed to above points of contacts, no later than Thursday,November 9, 2023, by 1:00PM CST. The questions/answers will be available within 24-48 hours in an amended solicitation posted to www.sam.gov . One award will be made from this Invitation For Bid (IFB) FAR Subpart 14.1. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 237990, PSC Z2QA Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. The Bidders should include in the bid the address to which payment should be mailed, if that address is different from that of the bidder. FAR 14.101(d). Evaluation of bids. Bids shall be evaluated without discussion. FAR 14.101(e) Contract award. After bids are publicly opened, an award will be made with reasonable promptness to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
