Dorchester County is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for a one-year term contract, with up to four additional one year terms, to provide exterior cleaning services at the Ashley River Park, located in Summerville, SC, and the Davis-Bailey Park, located in Saint George, SC. Work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions detailed in this Invitation for Bids (IFB). Last Day for Questions: Tuesday, October 24, 2023 @ 2:00PM EST If any bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications, or other documents, or if any error, discrepancy, conflict, or omission is noted, contractor should contact the Purchasing Services Manager indicated on cover page of this solicitation by e-mail of any questions at RDantzler@DorchesterCountySC.gov The County reserves the right to 1) reject any or all bids and any part of a bid; 2) waive informalities, technical defects, and minor irregularities in bids received; and 3) award the bid(s) received on the basis of individual items or groups of items or the entire list of items. Line item bids should not be contingent on acceptance of both sites. Bidders are not required to bid on both line items.
