Deadline 10/25/2023 at 1:00 PM ET -- -- Questions : Accepted via email to Michelle Aranowski, Director of Central Services, maranowski@fhgov.com General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - 100 % - Maintenance 25 % - Labor and Materials 100 % -- Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the bidder, or a bid duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the City, in the amount of 5% of the bid as a guarantee The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material in an amount at least equal to 100% of the contract sum as security for of all persons performing labor, furnishing materials and equipment rental in connection with this Contract. The bids shall be accompanied by a letter from a surety company satisfactory to the City stating that the necessary bonds will be furnished by it to the Contractor bidding in the event he is successful The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Maintenance and Guarantee Bond, equal to 25% of the contract sum, for a period of two (2) years from the date of approval of Final Estimate, to keep in good order and repair any defect in all the work done under this contract
