DESCRIPTION Permanent repaving of sanitary sewer lateral installations and permanent repaving of sanitary sewer/storm sewer repairs as may be required throughout calendar year 2024 with an option by the Owner to extend the Contract through the end of calendar year 2025. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing via PennBid's "Questions" tab. A. From time to time, the Owner requires the permanent restoration of trench areas resulting from new lateral sewer installations, sanitary sewer or storm sewer line repairs. This project includes all required permanent restoration for calendar year 2024, with the option to extend the Contract to also include calendar year 2025. The work includes all labor, materials and equipment required to perform this restoration, including bituminous and concrete paving, sidewalks and curbs, where applicable, on Township streets and State roads. The work shall include mobilization/demobilization, saw cutting, milling, excavation and removal of temporary repaving materials, compaction, new paving (bituminous or concrete as applicable), sealing of new paving edges, concrete sidewalk and/or curb replacement, and topsoil and seeding, where applicable. B. The Owner cannot guarantee the number of locations or the final extent of permanent restoration required during the length of the Contract.
