The City of Upper Arlington is seeking bids for the installation or replacement of various concrete pads, curb, and sidewalk panels at various park locations and in the city right of way. One bench pad at Cardiff Woods Park 1734 Cardiff Rd. One bench pad at Thompson Park 4250 Woodbridge Rd. One bench pad at Miller Park 1901 Arlington Ave. One Trash can pad at Northam Park 2800 Tremont Rd. The City of Upper Arlington encourages all businesses, including minority and women-owned businesses to respond. Question Cuttoff Date & Time: 10/17/2023 08:00:00 AM (ET) Bidders may bid on any or all items. However, the City reserves the right to award separate contracts for any items or combination of items, to serve its own best interests. It is the intent of the City to hire the lowest and best bidder(s) to fulfill this contract. The City also reserves the right to not award any or all sections if deemed in it interest to do so. Before work begins, a mandatory meeting shall be held between the Superintendent of Parks and Forestry or designee and all employees of the Contractor who are expected to serve as field supervisors under this Contract.
