This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by SaskEnergy Incorporated ("SaskEnergy") to prospective respondents to prequalify to potentially be shortlisted for the bid list for the upcoming Contact Centre Modernization Request for Proposal (RFP). SaskEnergy launched a Hosted Contact Centre in 2018, and the service has largely remained unchanged. The hosted contact centre was developed to replace a no longer supported service. The hosted contact center was implemented to meet the upcoming needs of the organization by offering call routing, a simple IVR system, basic desktop applications which helped agents manage calls and access customer information and security measures to protect customer data. This project aims to deliver a modern contact centre platform with expanded service options. A new Multi-Channel Communication Hub solution will need to include a variety of new functionalities not available in the current solution while retaining the core functionalities of call routing, interactive voice response, automatic call distribution, security and compliance to protect customer data and integration capabilities. No such communications are to be directed to anyone other than the RFSQ Contact. Responses will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in Part 2 of the RFSQ. Based on the evaluation of responses, certain respondents will be selected (shortlisted) for inclusion on a prequalified bid list and eligible to participate in an invitational second-stage competitive process for the potential provision of the Deliverables to SaskEnergy.
