* Award subject to final approval. Flood damage repair of the through dike culverts, roadway and channel at Matychak Drain (Site 377-10) in NE 10-14-8E in the Rural Municipality of Brokenhead. Working Days Will Be Assessed by the Engineer Starting Seven Days (7) After Award, or on the Date on Which the Contractor Commences Work on Any Item of Work Listed Below, Whichever is Earlier. The Work Shall Be Completed on or Before the Expiration of Fifteen (15) Working Days. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Time Limit Will Be Charged at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Working Day Until the Work is Completed. Notwithstanding the Specifications for Liquidated Damages, the Department Will Not Assess Working Days on a Saturday or Sunday. The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is March 31, 2024.
