Sandy Valley Community Center: Parking Lot Replacement Sunset Park: FY23 Parking Lot Replacements. A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in a boycott of Israel. Scope #1 - Sandy Valley Community Center: Parking Lot Replacement (RP.F9H23029) The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Scope #1: Sandy Valley Community Center: Parking Lot Replacement and is located at 650 Quartz Avenue, Sandy Valley, Nevada 89019. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of the removal of existing pavement, demolition of trash enclosure and construction of new trash enclosure, scarifying/recompacting existing sub-base, grading, 6-inch stone base course, 4-inch AC Paving, new curbing, parking stops, new ADA parking area, and striping. Project to be divided into two phases. Phase #1 to include the construction of the additional ADA Parking & Sidewalk connection from the new ADA Parking to existing sidewalk. Phase #2 to include existing curb restoration, existing pavement restoration, added valley gutter, trash enclosure, and additional pavement markings. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Existing conditions, Concrete, Masonry, Finishes, Earthwork, and Exterior Improvements. Scope #2 - Sunset Park: FY23 Parking Lot Replacements (RP.G0223028) The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Sunset Park: FY23 Parking Lot Replacements and is located at 2601 East Sunset Road, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual. The Scope of Work Consists of the Following Parking Lot Replacement Locations at Sunset Park: a. Basketball Courts Parking Lot Replacement: Remove and Replace 2 1/2" Asphalt over New 6" Sub-base, Replace Damaged Curbing, Restripe Lot. Grade for Proper Drainage. Including Striping, Signage and Curb Painting. b. Tennis Courts Parking Lot Replacement: Remove and Replace 2 1/2" Asphalt over New 6" Sub-base, Replace Damaged Curbing, Restripe Lot. Grade for Proper Drainage. Including Striping, Signage and Curb Painting. c. Old Ballfield #7 (South of Pickleball) Parking Lot Replacement: Remove and Replace 2 1/2 " Asphalt over New 6" Sub-base, Replace Damaged Curbing, Restripe Lot. Grade for Proper Drainage. Including Striping, Signage and Curb Painting. Access Road South Lake to Maintenance Yard (Mira Vista St.): Remove existing AC, Regrade sub-base to accept 6" of Type II base and 4" AC Pavement (21lf x 1200lf). Includes complete removal of Existing Roadway with Earthwork, Excavation, Backfill, Trenching as needed, Re-compaction of Native Soil, New Type II, and AC Pavement. Excludes A or l Type Curbing; Match Existing Road. Design Shoulder of Road Sections to withstand high seasonal runoff. Including Striping, Signage, Curb Repair and Painting. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Site Preparation Maintenance of Existing Conditions, Selective Demolition, Concrete Forming and Accessories, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Grading, Excavation and Fill, Base Courses, Aggregate Base, Asphalt Paving, and Pavement Markings. ESTIMATED COST: Scope 1: $440,592.90 - $463,782.00; Scope 2: $2,139,001.95 - $2,251,581.00
