The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Nashville Community Consolidated High School District 99 will receive sealed bids for construction of: Health/Life Safety Renovations 2024 Partial Roof Replacement Classroom Wing according to Contract Documents prepared by FGM Architects Inc., 475 Regency Park, Suite 325, O Fallon, Illinois 62269; phone 618.624.3364; fax 618.624.3369 Contract Award Anticipated November 21, 2023 Construction Duration : Start Date :May 25, 2024 Substantial Completion: August 12, 2024 The Owner intends to award Contracts to Contractors at a special meeting with the Board of Education on NOVEMBER 21, 2023 Substantial Completion and Owner Use shall be achieved as defined in the General and Supplementary Conditions by the dates shown on the Milestone Schedule. The substantial completion date will be determined with the selected contractors input and confirmation of material availability. The project shall be complete by August 12, 2024. Bids will be based on a One Lump-Sum Contract. Bids shall include not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor.
