The Fenton Area Public School District, hereafter referred to as Customer is accepting sealed contractor bids for Removal and Replacement of the Pool Boiler at the High School Disconnect and remove the existing boiler. Furnish and install (1) Lochinvar #CHN1802M-13 Commercial Boiler. Furnish and install (1) Neutrasafe Condensate Neutralizer Kit. Re-connect vent and intake PVC as required. Re-connect electrical and gas utilities as required Fill and vent system. Check, Test, and Start-up. The district will be responsible for asbestos removal if necessary Start up and adjustment of new boiler. Owner training and review of the new equipment. Operation and Maintenance manuals complete with custom wiring diagrams. Any technical questions with regard to this bid document are to be directed to Joe Humpert. No other interpretations of the meaning of this bid document will be made to any bidder verbally. Every request for such interpretation shall be in email and addressed to Joe Humpert, Director of Operations jhumpert@fentonschools.org
