The Berrien County Building and Grounds Department is seeking bids for the site and paving at two sites within Berrien County. Neither the Owner Nor the Owners Representative Will Be Responsible for Partial Sets of Documents Obtained From Any Other Source. BCSI Recommends All Bidders to Create an Account in Order to Express Interest and Stay Upto-date on Potential Changes or Addenda. At 269-983-7111 Ext. 8295 Please note that if you have previously filled out the Affidavit of Compliance for the year 2023 it is not necessary to send another one. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to Berrien County of Michigan or a satisfactory BID bond executed by the BIDDER and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the BID shall be submitted with each BID over $100,000. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price, for all projects over $50,000. The Berrien County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or make any deviations deemed in the best interest of Berrien County.
