Meadowbrook Farms-Phase Four Est. Value: $ 1,000,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Nov. 1, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes Project involves approximately 16,750 S.Y. full depth pavement milling, 4,900 tons asphaltic concrete pavement, 7,125 L.F. concrete curb and gutter, 15 each sanitary structure repairs, 33 each water valve repairs, storm sewer CIPP lining, storm sewer replacement and restoration including topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and erosion mat. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of City of Pewaukee, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Pewaukee reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the City of Pewaukee at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Pewaukee equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the City of Pewaukee as liquidated damages.
