Scope Of Work: The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor to provide Athletic Turf Maintenance and Reconstruction for Lee County Parks and Recreation . A pre-bid conference and site visit have not been scheduled for this solicitation. Liquidated Damages: Damages paid usually in the form of monetary payment, agreed by the parties to a contract which are due and payable as damages by the party who breaches all or part of the contract. May be applied on a daily basis for as long as the breach is in effect. Question Deadline 10/27/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed, in writing, to the individual listed below using the email address listed below or faxed to (239) 485 8383 during normal working hours. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 180 calendar days after the scheduled time for receiving submissions. The Vendor shall be responsible for furnishing and delivering to the Lee County requesting Department(s) the commodity or services on an as needed basis for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest.
