The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED BID for a Window Repair Project at Greenville Middle School located at 339 Lowndes Avenue, Greenville South Carolina 29607 in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions of this solicitation. Greenville Middle Academy is a multi-storied building and was constructed approximately 20 years ago. The existing glazing system is original to the building and is currently in different stages of failure. This project will consist of two phases. The existing glazing in Phase One is considered failing and must be replace first. Phase Two will replaced soon afterwards to prevent any stop work in the project. Please see Construction Drawings for locations of the two different phases. Due to this being an occupied building during the day; GCS is requiring a work schedule 3:00pm 11:00pm and weekends. Security will be provided by GCS. The projects length is 4 months: November 15, 2023 - March 15, 2024; this date may be adjusted based on material availability and weather.
