Bids are expected to be awarded at the regularly scheduled Northumberland County Housing Authority meeting in December 2023. Prime bidders must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of employment opportunities as well as contract solicitations and commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. Bidders must also submit documentary evidence of Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made. Documentation of such solicitations and commitments shall be submitted with the bid. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates. The Architects office will not be responsible for mailing costs. 3. Addendum will be issued via email to Prime Bidders Only 4. A DWF or PDF version of the contract documents is available to be transmitted electronically to each prime bidder in lieu of obtaining the printed drawings and specification manual. Notify the Architect's office and provide email and any other information required to send documents. The last day to submit questions concerning the plans and specifications is November 2, 2023. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days subsequent to the opening date of the bids without the written consent of the Owner. The Housing Authority of Northumberland County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any information informalities in bids.
