Pour and finish concrete as needed, a minimum of 4" thick with rebar reinforcement. Drill holes as needed to set posts for canopy. Canopy must have a smooth ceiling to prevent nests. Install electrical and new light fixtures on existing circuit. Support columns must be placed no more than 10' on center. Canopies must contain a guter/drain system. Guter needs to be a minimum of 6". Columns need to be a minimum of 4x4 or larger if needed. Contractor is responsible for locating, marking, and repairing any underground utilities. Clean up all trash, debris, and letiover materials from job site. Repair or replace any damage to buildings or grounds done during installation. Cannot have any sharp or jagged edges on finished canopy. All work is to be done in a manner to not interfere with school pick-up or drop-off. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with the County of Jefferson.
