The City of Upper Arlington is seeking proposals for an on-call plumbing contractor. This contract will enable the City to engage the Contractor on an as needed basis. To provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and expertise required to perform Plumbing Services in the City of Upper Arlington, Ohio as specified herein. Since the work is for a skilled trade, it must be performed by a company whose employees are licensed, highly trained and skilled in all phases of Plumbing Services. Work performance history and references are required by the City Services covered may include, but not be limited to the following: Plumbing fixture repair and replacement Hardware Assemblies, as needed Pipe clearing, replacing, and, maintaining, including sewer pipes Repair and/or replace valves, gauges, backflow devices, pumps, boilers, water heaters, and drains Provide and maintain connections to water and sewer Provide and maintain connections to natural gas Repair and/or replace water heater and water conditioning systems Location: Work limited to Public facilities located in public properties and parks in the City of Upper Arlington The initial term of the Contract will run from the date of award through December 31, 2024. The Contract may be renewed for four (4) one-year terms at the Citys discretion. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 10/13/2023 08:00:00 AM (ET) Clarifications or questions about this bid must be submitted and answered Electronically The awarded contractor will enter into contract with the City of UA for a not to exceed amount of $120,000.00 based on the plumbing rates provided in the proposals.
