Indicating Compliance With the Act for Work Subject to the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.25 Et Seq.) Contractors Must Submit Copies of Their Certificate of Registration With Their Bid and Must Also Include Copies of the Certificates for Each Named Subcontractor Listed in Its Bid Form With Its Bid.
