TRWD is looking to have a contractor replace three 3 existing exhaust fans. The fans to be replaced are currently in service on the rooftop at TRWDs RC1 Pump Station site. The replacement will include the fan, fan shroud, and shroud curb if needed. Scope of work will require a crane to lift existing exhaust fan off the roof and lift new exhaust fan onto the roof. TRWD electricians will inland all electrical power before fan removal and will be responsible for landing all electrical. After fan removal, the roof curb will need to be inspected for structural integrity and fitment before new fan is installed. All work shall be performed and completed in a thorough, skillful manner and in accordance with the latest proven practices of the trade by thoroughly skilled and experienced workmen. For Proposals over $50,000, Bidders must submit a bid bond of at least two 2 percent of the total amount of the bid issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including the bid of any bidder which does not meet the above criteria and or the other terms and conditions expressed herein to the Districts satisfaction. The contractor is responsible for all additional work required in manufacturers guidelines. All items removed from the site shall become the property of the Contractor. The Contractor shall properly dispose of all materials, including hauling from the site at the Contractor's expense. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to ensure that all materials are properly disposed of in accordance with all existing applicable laws and regulations and as deemed necessary by all governmental agencies. The storage or sale of project items on the project premises will not be allowed.
