Fulshear Water Plant No. 2 (Preliminary for Reference ). A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at X:XX on TBD, XX, 2023 at the following location. Questions are to be submitted using the question and answer process on the procurement website. Responses to questions posted on the procurement website will be posted for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for questions submitted until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23rd, 2023. This Project will consist of all associated work to construct the City of Fulshear Water Plant No. 2 facilities consisting of the following components. 4.0 MGD Water Supply (Groundwater Well) 1.5 MG Ground Storage Tank (GST) 5.75 MGD Pump Station Electrical/Chemical/Office Building Stand-By Generator New Electrical Equipment Connections to Proposed Infrastructure to Water Lines Site Paving Coordination with Elevated Storage Tank to be built by others. Please direct any questions related to the design of this Project to the Q&A Section. The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, to reject any or all Bids, and or waive formalities. NOTE - The Documents posted in this listing are PRELIMINARY FOR REFERENCE. Final Contract Documents will be available for download from Public Purchase at a later date (anticipated to be available by October 13, 2023). ALL BIDDERS MUST DOWNLOAD THE COMPLETE FINAL DOCUMENTS FROM PUBLIC PURCHASE. A LINK WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN AVAILABLE.
